Lead Researcher for future AI driven vision of marketing tools: leading research for an internal platform that serves the internal marketing team. Guiding vision to ensure our goal can indeed ease roles of marketers while taking the go-live timeline from 26 weeks to 1 week.
Lead Researcher for Corporate Challenge: leading research for an internal platform that serves the largest corporate running event in the world with nearly a quarter of a million runners annually, running in 16 locations around the world. Improved registration flow to remove friction points. Changed registration flow for internal teams in two locations that kept the system online (previous years it had crashed) and reduced customer service help hours needed to ameliorate issue by over 1,300 hours.
